The majority of our restaurants remain open – please book online for a hassle-free experience and to guarantee your table.

The operating of our restaurants continues to be carefully considered and we liaised closely with our dedicated Primary Authority whilst developing our COVID-19 safety management controls. This ensures we are actively implementing and practising all required control measures to keep both our guests and teams safe.

We require you to follow the relevant guidelines for your local area to ensure your booking meets government requirements. As a business, in some instances, we reserve the right to adopt a more stringent approach. Our safety & risk team continue to review Government guidelines and industry guidance to keep our controls up to date and effective.

As much as we look forward to welcoming you, if you, anyone in your household or anybody in your group are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please do not visit any of our restaurants.

 

 

Please follow these steps:

Step 1

Visit our website or use our Rewards App to book a table — you will be asked to provide card details to secure your booking but will not be charged. Please adhere to local lockdown restrictions.

Step 2

Arrive on time for your booking and join our queuing system to enter the restaurant.

Step 3

Follow social distancing controls at all times.

Step 4

Sanitise your hands on entering.

Step 5

All guests and team members must wear face coverings when moving around the restaurant (unless exempt).

At Fridays we are committed to:

  • Hygiene – Enhanced frequency surface sanitisation, additional hourly cleaning schedules and hand washing
  • Health checks – Fitness to work procedures and checks for all our team to protect everyone’s safety
  • Training – Clear training on our processes for all our managers and team members.
  • Booking system – Reduced booking availability to ensure social distancing is in place, and to ensure the safety of our guests and team
  • Sanitisation – Additional hand sanitiser stations installed for use by team members, guests dining in, guests collecting food and delivery drivers
  • Digital menu – Easy access simple digital menus for safe viewing of menus online via QR access codes which are sanitised after each use
  • Signposting – Clear signposting of our COVID-19 control measures throughout our stores
  • Controls – Daily managerial checks to ensure all COVID-19 control measures are in place and being adhered to by all

What we ask from you

To ensure you and our team are safe please:

  • Arrive at time of booking, not before, and do not congregate at our entrances or other areas
  • Be prepared to wait away from the restaurant if your table is not ready
  • We have dedicated door hosts available to keep you informed and guide you on our safety measures
  • Do not approach or stand in the bar area.  You will be able to order drinks from your table
  • Make use of our hand sanitiser stations upon entry to our restaurant and entry/ exit to our restrooms
  • Give fellow guests their space and follow social distancing guidelines
  • Keep children with you at all times
  • Pay with card and contactless where possible. Walk-ins will be required to complete the track & trace entry procedure upon arrival
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Wash your hands well with soap and water for 20 seconds
  • Condiment sachets, available on request
  • Food and drink placed at the end of your table
