Participation signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the instructions to this promotion which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Open to all residents of the United Kingdom, excluding employees and their immediate families of TGI Fridays™, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Entrants must be 18 or over.
3. Entry to the promotion is limited to members of TGI Fridays’ Rewards App who dine at a restaurant during the promotion period from 11th May 2026 to 31st May 2026 (the “Closing Date”). To enter the prize draw, simply scan your receipt in the app and complete the promotion entry form. Only one entry per person. Winner will be notified during the week commencing 1st June 2026.
4. All entries must be received by the Closing Date. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not properly completed or received due to technical, communication or other problems.
5. One winner will be selected from all valid entries received as soon as reasonably possible after the Closing Date. The winning entry will be selected at random by electronic means. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will win the following for up to 4 members of the family (2 adults and 2 children (under 16)): (i) indoor skydiving experience (up to 2 flights per person) at a vertical wind tunnel venue, at the winner’s chosen location from Birmingham, London or Manchester (subject to availability); (ii) 1 night’s 4-star hotel accommodation in the selected location, based on one quadruple occupancy room, with breakfast; and (iii) £150 travel allowance; Additional travel costs and insurance of any kind is not included and it is recommended that the winners make their own arrangements in relation to insurance. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
7. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; A debit or credit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the guests must possess and travel with a valid debit or credit card; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted; The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Winners must make their own booking directly with the appointed prize provider: Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street London, SW18 1SL; Accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion; Accommodation does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the winner; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; £150 travel allowance will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over; The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value; If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; If winner chooses to forfeit any activities then no alternatives will be provided; For the indoor skydiving, the minimum age for the standard flights is 3 years old, the minimum age for the virtual reality flights is 10 years old, the maximum weight is 18 stone and 7lbs; it is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have previously dislocated their shoulder, have neck or back injuries, under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs or wearing a hard cast; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available; Additional standard operator terms and conditions apply and will be advised upon booking; Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/

Disclaimer: The Promoter shall not be liable in any way and does not accept any responsibility for any act or omission of the operator or any other third party, for any delays or cancellation or unavailability of any service or facility or for any accident or injury, loss or damage to property or possessions, or for any other loss or liability whatsoever, except for death or personal injury caused by Promoter’s own negligence. The skydiving experience is not suitable for all. Please check to ensure you are fit and able to participate. If you or any participating person is pregnant or suffer from abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart disease or any other medical condition, you are advised to first consult with a medical professional before participating. You should be aware that the operator will require to complete waiver and indemnity forms.
9. Winners may be required to participate in publicity at the Promoter’s sole discretion, including use of their names, geographic location and pictures and entry into the promotion signifies the participant’s consent to such use.
