Questions about our food:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for allergies on orders placed through delivery channels or Click & Collect as we cannot guarantee their risk from contamination when they leave our restaurant.
We pride ourselves on the wide variety of menu choices we offer to our guests, from our healthier salad and pasta options, to our more indulgent desserts. We strive to accommodate all our guests’ dietary needs, and are more than happy to substitute side dishes for preferred alternatives.
At this current time we do not offer a Halal option
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
We are always looking to improve our menu with the best of our Fridays Favourites.
We understand how much our Fridays Fans love our Legendary Glaze! Unfortunately, our recipe is top secret and can only be purchased with our meals!

Questions about bookings:

You can make a booking via our website or via the Fridays Rewards app. Head to www.tgifridays.co.uk/find-us to locate your nearest restaurant.
Gift cards can be purchased and used at any Fridays restaurant in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). To purchase them, please visit - giftcards.tgifridays.co.uk/landingPage.action. Alternatively visit selected supermarkets across the UK. Our gift cards are currently redeemable in all our open for dine-in restaurants. Unfortunately we cannot accept gift cards or leisure vouchers on Click & Collect and Delivery orders.
As part of our COVID-19 safety management controls we will be reducing the number of available tables to ensure social distancing. We ask for card details in order to secure your booking, but no money will be taken from your account as long as you attend the booking or cancel within the 4 hour period as stated on our website.
If you don't show up, or fail to cancel your booking at least four hours before the start time, this may result in a “No-Show” fee charge of £5 per guest on the reservation should we not be able to resell the table on the day.

Questions about Bottomless Brunch

Yes the whole table must book Bottomless Brunch.
Yes, but it's called Bottoms Up Brunch. Terms and conditions are below.
At the moment Bottomless Brunch is online bookings only so we can ensure we give you the best possible experience.
Yes, you can upgrade to bottomless cocktails for an extra £5 per person. Please note, the whole table must upgrade to redeem the offer.
Yes you can choose a different cocktail each time from the chosen list.
The minimum booking size is 2 people and the maximum on our website is 12 people (restaurant capacity and availability depending). For parties larger than 12 people please call us on 03331501300.
Yes, each sharer is based on two people sharing, and if your party size is 3 or more, you can choose different sharers to enjoy.
No deposit is required when booking Bottomless Brunch.
Your 90 minutes starts from the time of your booking.
Yes, there are no restrictions to serving Bottomless Brunch outdoors. Online bookings will be for indoor only and the option for guests to dine outdoors is decided on arrival.
No unfortunately Bottomless Brunch is not currently available on Bank Holidays.
Yes, Bottomless Brunch is available during the Thursday and Friday and Bank Holiday weekend.
