Follow signs to park at restaurant. Then open boot & return to your car.

Once you've arrived at the restaurant, follow signs to park at the restaurant. Then open your boot and return to the car. At this point, please call the restaurant to let them know that you've arrived & a team member will leave the order in your already opened boot.

If you are only ordering food you do not need ID, just provide your car's registration and colour & we'll bring your order to your boot. If you are purchasing alcohol you will need to bring photographic ID with you such as a passport or driving licence. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, we will be asking for ID. In order to keep you and our team safe, please hold the ID up against your closed window so that our team can check your ID.

At this time, once an order has been placed, it can not be amended. This is due to the fact that payment has been taken and in order for us to limited the amount of orders coming in to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact your local restaurant and they will cancel it and process a refund for you. Please be aware refunds take up to three-four working days to appear in your account.

Once you've arrived, follow signs to park at the restaurant. Then open your boot and return to the car. At this point, please call the restaurant to let them know that you've arrived & a team member will leave the order in your already opened boot. Please be considerate to other customers. If the parking bays are full at your allotted time please wait at a safe distance and ring the restaurant and we will identify you through your car details if your food is ready.

We currently have a small range of beer, wine & prosecco available on our Click & Collect menu at selected restaurants. This range will change over time.
We have extensive social distancing and other control measures in place, to protect our team and guests, if you are visiting a restaurant to use the Click & Collect service, please respect the social distancing measures we have in place & comply with the instructions outlined on the signage on site. We have put social distancing measures in place, including the following: - Keeping customers safe removing contact and bringing food to their open car boot. - Allowing just one delivery driver into our restaurants at one time. - Maintaining a 2m distance between delivery drivers when outside our restaurants.

Unfortunately these promotions are not available for Click & Collect or delivery.
Please note your order can only be cancelled if it is done an hour before the collection time. If it is more than an hour before your collection time, please call your selected Click & Collect restaurant. When you speak to the team let them know your order number. Once a Fridays team member confirms your order details they will process your refund. The refund will be processed and credited back into your account within three to four working days.

Our Click & Collect restaurants are open from 12-9pm everyday! You can place your order at any time up to 2 days in advance.
