Our Own Delivery Service In Cheadle

Get your favourite Fridays food delivered by our team straight to your door, you don’t even need to leave the house. We operate a contactless delivery service to keep you and our drivers safe.

This is currently only for our Cheadle restaurant.

FAQs

We are pleased to announce that the majority of our restaurants are now open for Click & Collect, with the exception of: Aberdeen Union Street, Bolton & Manchester Piccadilly.
Home delivery is available via delivery partners at the majority of our restaurants. Unfortunately delivery is not currently available at: Aberdeen Union Square, Bluewater, Bolton, Fareham, Glasgow Fort, Jersey, Liverpool Speke, Trafford Centre, Meadowhall, Gateshead Metrocentre, MK Stadium, Solihull & Manchester Piccadilly.
If you are purchasing alcohol you will need to bring photographic ID (e.g. a passport or driver's license) — if you're lucky enough to look under 25, we will be required to ask you for ID. In order to keep you and our team safe, please hold the ID up against your closed window for our team to check. You will not need ID if you are only ordering food.

Unfortunately you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
The safety of our team and guests is of utmost priority — we kindly ask that you do not attend our restaurants to use the Click & Collect service if you are ill and/or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

We have extensive social distancing and other control measures in place to protect our team and guests, if you are visiting a restaurant to use the Click & Collect service, please respect the social distancing measures we have in place & comply with the instructions outlined on the signage on site. We have put social distancing measures in place, including the following: Ensuring social distancing between guests and team members through the use of floor markers - Having hand sanitiser available for your use when collecting your order - Enforcing a 1 in 1 out policy for all guests and delivery drivers when collecting orders - Installing screens between guests and team members at the store collection point.

Unfortunately these promotions are not available for Click & Collect or delivery.
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
There is no limit, but please check with your chosen restaurant for their availability.
Unfortunately we are unable to cater for allergies on orders placed through Click & Collect as we cannot guarantee their risk from contamination when they leave our restaurant.

No, there is no minimum spend. However, we have limited the amount of slots available in order to keep you and our team safe. Please check with your local restaurant for their availability.

Fridays Click & Collect SONOS two room speakers competition, in partnership with Coke 

*Terms and Conditions 

  1. The competition is open to residents within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over. Entries can be made by visiting https://menus.preoday.com/TGI-Fridays#/main/choose-branch and making a qualifying purchase 

  2. This competition is not open to employees of TGI Fridays UK or Coke, nor any of their immediate family or household members (whether related to the employee or not). 

  3. A ‘qualifying purchase’ is classed as an order made via TGI Fridays UK’s Click & Collect online service of any amount and includes two Coke 16oz drinks. Coke 16oz drinks include Coca-cola, Coke Zero, Diet Coke or Schweppes lemonade

  4. The qualifying purchase must be made between 12:00 GMT Thursday 3rd September 2020 and 21:00GMT Wednesday 30th September 2020. Purchases made via delivery partners of TGI Fridays UK will not be eligible. For the avoidance of doubt, no entries will be counted before or beyond the competition period. 

  5. There will be four winners, selected by TGI Fridays UK. The winners will each receive SONOS Speaker two room set. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives shall be available.  

  6. By entering the competition, if you are selected as the winner, you grant TGI Fridays UK the right to announce your win on social media and identify you by your first name. 

  7. TGI Fridays UK (and its licensees and affiliates) accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed, or for any difficulty experienced in accessing or submitting your entry. Late, damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or suspected fraudulent entries will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch of the entry (whether electronic or postal) will not be accepted as proof of receipt by TGI Fridays UK. 

  8. The winner will be notified via the email address provided when they made the qualifying order within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to this message within 3 days of initial contact, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.
     
  9. The prize will be handled by Coca Cola and the winner agrees by giving TGI Fridays UK their details, that they have permission to pass their details to Coca Cola to send out the prize. 

  10. TGI Fridays UK reserve the right to amend these rules, or change or terminate the competition, at any time without liability. All decisions made by TGI Fridays UK shall be final. 

  11. If you do not, or are unable to, comply with and meet the rules, TGI Fridays UK shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify you without any further liability to you. No liability shall attach to TGI Fridays UK as a result thereof.
