Selected English restaurants are open now - book online for a hassle-free experience, beat the queues and guarantee your table! All of our Scottish restaurants are opening for dine-in as of Wednesday 15th July and you can pre-book your table now. For Welsh restaurants please keep an eye our website.

The opening of our restaurants has been carefully considered, and we are able to take bookings for group sizes of up to 6 people. We have liaised closely with our dedicated Primary Authority whilst developing our COVID-19 safety management controls and continue to do so. This ensures that we are actively implementing and practising all required control measures, to keep both our guests and teams safe, as this is our top priority. Our safety & risk team continue to review Government guidelines and industry guidance, to keep our controls up to date and effective.

As much as we are looking forward to welcoming you back into our restaurant, if you, anyone in your household or anybody in your group are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms please do not visit any of our restaurants.



Please follow these steps:

Step 1

Visit our website to book a table — you will be asked to provide card details to secure your booking but will not be charged. We are able to take groups of up to 6 people. For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate larger group sizes at this time.

Step 2

Arrive on time for your booking.

Step 3

Join our queuing system to enter the restaurant.

Step 4

Sanitise your hands on entering.

Step 5

Follow social distancing controls at all times.

In our restaurants we are committed to:

  • Enhanced frequency surface sanitisation and hand washing.
  • Daily managerial checks to ensure all COVID-19 control measures are in place and being adhered to by all.
  • Robust fitness to work checks for all our team to protect everyone’s safety.
  • Clear training our processes for all our managers and team members.
  • Additional hand sanitiser stations installed for use by both team members, guests dining in, guests collecting food and delivery drivers.
  • Introduction of a simplified, refined menu which ensures we are practising social distancing measures through smaller teams.
  • Reduced booking availability and maximum group size of 6 to ensure social distancing is in place, and to ensure the safety of our guests and team.
  • Continually liaising with our primary authority to review and adhere to government guidelines and requirements at all times.
  • Clear signposting of our COVID-19 control measures throughout our stores.

What we ask from you

To ensure you and our team are safe please:

  • Do not congregate at our entrances or other areas.
  • Please wait for instructions from our door host team before entering our restaurants.
  • Do no approach or stand in the bar area at this time.  You will be able to order drinks from your table.
  • Make use of our hand sanitiser stations upon entry to our restaurant and entry/ exit to our restrooms.
  • Give fellow guests their space and follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Keep children with you at all times.
  • Pay with card where possible.


What we’re doing to keep you safe:


  • Arrive at time of booking, not before.
  • Be prepared to wait away from restaurant if your table is not ready.
  • We have dedicated door hosts available to keep you informed and guide you in our safety measures.
  • Hand sanitiser in the foyer / front door area.
  • Separate queues for dining in, Click & Collect / delivery.
  • Limited number of tables available, following government guidelines. 
  • Reduced group size availability.
  • Walk-ins will be required to complete the track & trace entry procedure upon arrival.



  • Tables and chairs sanitised after each seating.
  • Single use, FSC certified, 100% biodegradable menus.
  • Condiment sachets, available on request.
  • Food and drink placed at the end of your table.
