Once you've arrived at the restaurant, please follow signs and social distancing markers.
At this time, once an order has been placed, it can not be amended. This is due to the fact that payment has been taken and in order for us to limited the amount of orders coming in to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact your local restaurant and they will cancel it and process a refund for you. Please be aware refunds take up to three-four working days to appear in your account.
The safety of our team and guests is of utmost priority; we kindly ask that you do not attend our stores to use the Click & Collect service if you are ill and/or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
We have extensive social distancing and other control measures in place, to protect our team and guests, if you are visiting a restaurant to use the Click & Collect service, please respect the social distancing measures we have in place & comply with the instructions outlined on the signage on site. We have put social distancing measures in place, including the following: - Ensuring social distancing between guests and team members through the use of floor markers - Having hand sanitiser available for your use when collecting your order - Enforcing a 1 in 1 out policy for all guests and delivery drivers when collecting orders - Installing screens between guests and team members at the store collection point.

Please note your order can only be cancelled if it is done an hour before the collection time. If it is more than an hour before your collection time, please call your selected Click & Collect restaurant. When you speak to the team let them know your order number. Once a Fridays team member confirms your order details they will process your refund. The refund will be processed and credited back into your account within three to four working days.

Unfortunately we are unable to cater for allergies on orders placed through Click & Collect as we cannot guarantee their risk from contamination when they leave our restaurant.
Our Click & Collect restaurants are open from 12-9pm everyday! You can place your order at any time up to 2 days in advance.
No, there is no minimum spend. However, we have limited the amount of slots available in order to keep you and our team safe. Please check with your local restaurant for their availability.
