Get that Festive Fridays Feeling

You can make a booking via our website, our Stripes Rewards app or over the phone. Locate your nearest restaurant here, or call the store that you are planning to visit.

We require a deposit at the time of booking on tables of 9 or more. The deposit is £10 per person and will be taken off your bill when you dine with us. Please remember to let your server know that you paid your deposit on your arrival at the restaurant.

For reservations cancelled at least 14 days in advance of the booking date, a full refund of the deposit will be given. Any cancellation which is eligible for a deposit refund in accordance with these terms and conditions will be processed automatically, you do not need to contact us to request the refund.

For reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of the booking date, no refund of the deposit will be given. Should you wish to move your booking date and/or time, this can be done by contacting the relevant TGI Fridays™ restaurant by clicking here at least 24 hours prior to the booking time.  Amendments are subject to availability. Any increase or reduction to the number of guests that a booking is for can be requested by contacting the relevant TGI Fridays™ restaurant by clicking here. Any request for an increase in the number of guests is subject to availability.

For any reduction to the number of guests that the original booking was made for, the total deposit amount will be deducted off the final bill.  No refund will be provided. 

Should you wish to move your booking date and/or time, this can be done by contacting the relevant TGI Fridays™ restaurant at least 24 hours prior to the booking time. Changes are subject to availability. Full terms and conditions can be found here. 

If your group fail to turn up for your booking, no refund will be given. If some of your group fail to turn for your booking, the total deposit amount will be deducted off the final bill. No refund will be provided. 

Cancel or amend your reservation by clicking 'manage a booking' on the website. Enter your booking reference which can be found on your booking confirmation email to make amends or cancel your booking.
