T.G.I. Friday's® gift cards are availlable in any denomination between £10 and £250 - valid in every one of our UK restaurants for 12 months. Although frankly, who'd wait that long to use them?
Gift cards can be purchased at any T.G.I. Friday's®, or you can call our hotline on 0844 372 7955 between 9am and 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) to order your gift cards and we'll get them straight in the post.
Terms & Conditions - Gift Cards
Once you have placed an order by telephone we will give you a reference number. Because we have already started the process to load and deliver your gift card straight after the call, we cannot cancel or refund any order once the order has been placed.
Your gift cards can be sent by either registered post which will cost £5 or free of charge by first class. If you request them to be sent first class we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive them. If you requested them to be sent by registered post and they have not arrived in 7 days of when you ordered them please contact us.
The gift card number is charged at a maximum of 8pm at peak from a BT land line, other networks may vary. The cost of the call may differ depending on the network provider.
When you use gift cards, we cannot give change for any purchase made for less that the full value of the voucher. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost or damaged.
